I had no education about pregnancy and I live far from a clinic in a rural area. I didn’t take a pregnancy test but I did know my periods had stopped. But I wasn’t sure why. I put on weight but still I wasn’t sure. I got scared. Every time my baby moved I thought that perhaps it was something else. I didn’t go to a clinic and I just waited as I got bigger and bigger – not knowing what to do. I was so stressed and worried.
I went into labour and finally my baby came out. It was the happiest moment of my life.I couldn’t believe it was true but I was holding my baby in my arms.
This MAMA reader is lucky it all turned out well. If you suspect you are pregnant you should visit your clinic as soon as possible. They will test you to make sure you are healthly and help you all the way with your pregnancy.
