What are the signs of vitamin problems?

If your diet is thin on some food groups you may lack vitamins. 

Vitamin A; Dry hair, fatigue, growth impairment, thickening and roughness of skin), immune impairment, night blindness, weight loss

Vitamin B1; Confusion, constipation, digestive problems, irritability, loss of appetite, memory loss, nervousness, numbness of hands and feet, pain sensitivity, poor coordination, weakness
