Child rearing can be difficult under any circumstances. Without a partner, it is even harder. As a single parent, having all the responsibility of childcare for one or more chilren. This can lead to added pressure, stress and fatigue. If you're too tired or distracted to be emotionally supportive or consistently discipline your child, you might find your child develops behavioural problems and starts to act up or doesn't do so well at school.
